Here are two new blogs that I recommend, and have added to my blogroll and RSS feed.
The first is Mediating Certainty, written by Keith A. Jones, a Charleston, West Virginia lawyer and a law school classmate. Keith’s blog will emphasize mediation and other substantive areas of law. Keith posted Friday about a recent Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia decision dealing with attorney’s fee liens that is significant for clients and lawyers.
The other is Coal Tattoo, written by Ken Ward, Jr., an award-winning Charleston Gazette reporter who covers environmental issues. According to its About page, the blog will focus on mountaintop removal, coal-mine safety, and climate change, in addition to the Gazette‘s continuing coverage of the coal industry.
Good luck, Keith and Ken, and keep up the good work.
